- we will produce
design options to your brief and for your approval before proceeding
to the next stage.
Scheme design of
proposal(s) - planning permission submission
- where planning
permission is required, we will submit your chosen scheme to the local
authority.
Detailed design
of proposal(s) - building regulations submission
- building regulations
permission is required on all construction projects and we will submit
your chosen scheme to the local authority.
Production information
- once planning and
building regulations are underway, we will provide more detailed construction
information for the building contractor to be able to build the project
in detail.
Tender and site
actions
- we will tender
to contractors on your behalf, suggest suitable options from the available
information, act as contract administrator and inspect the works as
they proceed.
Completion
- we will undertake
final inspections at practical completion of the project.
