Confirmation of Client's brief

  • this is where we will define your requirements and develop your brief.

Construction Design and Management Planning Supervisor

  • a CDM Planning Supervisor will be required on certain large commercial projects.

Measured survey of existing land and / or property - Party Wall Act

  • a measured survey of the site / building is the starting point for developing designs to your brief.

Sketch design of proposal(s) - approval by client

  • we will produce design options to your brief and for your approval before proceeding to the next stage.

Scheme design of proposal(s) - planning permission submission

  • where planning permission is required, we will submit your chosen scheme to the local authority.

Detailed design of proposal(s) - building regulations submission

  • building regulations permission is required on all construction projects and we will submit your chosen scheme to the local authority.

Production information

  • once planning and building regulations are underway, we will provide more detailed construction information for the building contractor to be able to build the project in detail.

Tender and site actions

  • we will tender to contractors on your behalf, suggest suitable options from the available information, act as contract administrator and inspect the works as they proceed.

Completion

  • we will undertake final inspections at practical completion of the project.
